Duetto to Deliver ‘Introduction to Revenue Management Course’ at SHATEC in Singapore

 Duetto, a hotel revenue management software
(RMS) company, has been chosen to deliver an ‘Introduction to Revenue Management’
course at the International Hotel & Tourism School (SHATEC) in
Singapore in 2024.

The course, which will be delivered online over 10
units throughout January and February, will help Singapore’s
hoteliers grow and develop their revenue management skills, as
well as provide hands-on experience in using revenue technology,
via the Duetto Revenue Strategy platform.

professionals looking to maximize revenue opportunities,” said Lim

Duetto to deliver ‘Introduction to Revenue Management Course’ at SHATEC in Singapore

The course will cover a diverse range of revenue
management topics, including key performance indicators, customer
segmentation, market positioning, and pricing strategies.

The course will be delivered by two of Duetto’s
most experienced revenue strategists: André Santos, Director of
Hospitality Solutions, EMEA; and Jeong Pyon, Director of
Hospitality Solutions, APAC.

A skilled professional in revenue management and
data science with a passion for driving growth in the hospitality
sector, André has over 9 years of experience in the industry and a
proven track record of success in implementing data-driven
solutions to improve revenue and optimize guest experiences.

Jeong joined Duetto in April 2022 as Director of
Hospitality Solutions. As a member of the Sales Division, Jeong
helps hotels understand how they can utilize the various solutions
in Duetto to achieve their revenue goals. Since graduating from
Glion Institute of Higher Education with a degree in Hospitality
Finance and Revenue Management, Jeong has worked in various
hospitality revenue management roles, including the Marriott
International corporate office in Bethesda, a small, boutique
Relais and Chateaux property, an airport hotel, resorts, casino
hotels, convention hotels, hotel openings, and five-star hotels
across North America and Asia Pacific.
